Heart & Logic establishes the Risk Context Officer as a recognized role in AI governance — and builds the pipeline to fill it. We partner with workforce development programs to credential their graduates as RCOs and pair each one with a compliance subject-matter expert, delivering paid AI-compliance training to startups and developers.

Our first credentialed Risk Context Officer came from healthcare, not tech. She completed AI-literacy training through a workforce development partner — and built her own app in the process. Today, she delivers EU AI Act literacy training to AI startups and developers, alongside a compliance subject-matter expert who handles the regulatory detail.
